How to Login to cPanel?

Cpanel is an easy to use interface for web maintenance. It is the leading web hosting control panel available today. Even a user completely new to web hosting can easily manage his/her own website. With CPanel, you will have access to lots of useful stats such as disk usage and space, bandwidth usage and subdomains through Cpanel.  cPanel is web-based hosting control panel available on HostingRaja Linux Shared hosting plans. At the time of hosting account sign-up, you will be provided with username and password for your cPanel account. For one cPanel account, there will be only one user name.

Note: The username and password to login into cPanel account can found in the welcome email sent by HostingRaja support team at the time of sign up. If you lost the login details of your account, feel free to contact our support team by email or phone.

How to Access cPanel?

For a safe purpose, we always recommend our customer use a secure connection. By using https together with the port address 2082 or any other port number provided during sign up to access your cPanel, your connection will be encrypted.There is three easiest way you can access your cPanel. Below is the detailed information about how to access cPanel.

Note: ServerName as well Server IP address both are provided in your Welcome email sent by HostingRaja.

Option 1:

If you know the server name of your hosting account then this is the best method:

Type https://ServerName:2083 or http://yourdomain.com:2082  in your web browser it will redirect you to the main page of the control panel.

 

 

Note: Once the client purchases the hosting from us, we will be providing a welcome mail with the complete server details to the client using that client can use server name:2082

Option 2:

Get the IP address of your server followed by a port number and enter it in the web browser:

Enter https://Server-IP-Address:2083 or http://yourdomain.com:2082 in the address bar of your browser.

 

 

Note:

>>If the domain name is pointing to a particular server, during that time the client will be able to login to the domain with the port number.

>> To connect to cpanel using insecure connection use port 2082

>> To connect to cpanel using secure connection use port 2083

Below are the reasons why the client will not be able to login to cPanel:

1) Clients IP may be blacklisted: Your IP address may be blacklisted for numerous reasons. Like the IP may only be listed on a single blacklist, or it could be listed on the multiple blacklists. Each and every blacklisted IP is managed separately and not administered by a central source. Each will have various standards for listing/delisting the IP addresses.

3) Entering the wrong passwords multiple time will end up in blacklisting your IP, in that case, you need to contact our support team members.

4) If an account is being migrated to the new server, then it is suggested to avoid the old IP, and make use of the new IP.

5)check the ping and tracert results and make sure that your network/internet services are working and if it is not working. Try changing your ISP provider.

6.)Also, be sure you are using correct username and password, also try to login after resetting the password  

Important: If the client's public IP is blocked in server firewall at the time it will show site cannot be reached and if the client is entering the wrong credentials at the time he will be getting an invalid login details error like the below-mentioned screenshot.

Note: When IP is blocked, you need to contact our technical team and also remember to provide your public IP to unblock your IP, To know your public Ip visit “www.whatismyip.com” and sent the results.
