Website loads slowly when using Shared Hosting – is there any way to optimize it?

I am using HostingRaja's Shared Hosting package to run a WordPress website. It was quite stable at first, but recently the website has been loading noticeably slower, especially during peak hours. I have tried:

Enable the caching plugin and optimize images.

Reduce the number of unnecessary plugins.

Check the theme again to avoid redundant code.

However, the situation has not improved much.

I am wondering:

Should I upgrade to VPS/Cloud Hosting to completely solve the problem?

Or is there a way to optimize right on shared hosting that I have not tried?

Does HostingRaja have any support tools to help monitor and optimize website performance?

I hope the community and the HostingRaja team can share more practical experiences.
