There are some games that don’t look like much at first glance — until you play them and find yourself laughing, groaning, and cheering at the same time. Eggy Car is one of those rare gems. It’s ridiculously simple in concept: drive a car with an egg balancing on top, and try not to drop it. Easy, right? Except it’s not. It’s one of the most nerve-wracking, hilarious, and strangely rewarding games I’ve ever played.

My First Crash — Literally

The first time I opened Eggy Car, I thought it would be a relaxing way to kill time. The pastel background, cute little car, and cheerful music all screamed “harmless fun.” I pressed “start,” drove up a small hill, and… splat! The egg rolled off before I even had the chance to blink. I actually burst out laughing.

There’s something absurd about watching an egg bounce off your virtual car like a fragile, runaway balloon. That moment set the tone for the rest of my Eggy Car journey — a mix of laughter, frustration, and a lot of self-deprecating humor.
