Different things in life
Today, we can have to deal with a lot of different things in life. We are typically drawn to negative things instead of positive ones. What causes this to happen? What can you do to get over that feeling?
You can easily handle that. Being aware is what that's called. To be attentive is to be aware of the present moment without judging it. Mindfulness is being aware of and accepting how you feel within and outside of yourself without trying to change or control them. The practice of mindfulness has been linked to several health benefits, including the amelioration of stress, anxiety, and depression.
You may feel tranquil when you know how to live in the now. Do you actually know what occurred and what you're doing?
