I’m planning to self-publish my book and keep seeing recommendations for affordable book publishing companies. They promise low costs, easy processes, and wide distribution, but I’m curious do these companies actually deliver quality results, or is it mostly a trade-off between price and professionalism? How do you determine which affordable option still provides effective marketing, editing, and design support? I’d love to hear from authors who’ve used affordable book publishing companies and whether it helped their book succeed in the long term.
