Email Solution - How to rectify the email is going to spam


Step 1:
Browse the url https://mxtoolbox.com/ and enter the domain name with smtp: eg: smtp:yourdomainname

Step 2:
You can find the result from the following list,
        
        
SMTP TLS     Warning - Does not support TLS.
This is the optional one. Check below all, again its going to spam means, you need to enable SSL and TLS for the domain.

SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch     OK - IP resolves to hostname
If the reverse dns(ptr record) is not pointer properly, the result will become FAIL
Solution: Please enter the proper hostname of the server.

SMTP Valid Hostname     OK - Reverse DNS is a valid Hostname
If the reverse dns(ptr record) is not pointe properly, the result will become FAIL
Solution: Contact your system administrator to fix this issue.

SMTP Banner Check     OK - Reverse DNS matches SMTP Banner
IF the smtpd_banner is not configured properly, thie will become FAIl,
Solution: For rectifying this error, You need to change the value of smtpd_banner = $myhostname ESMTP Postfix

SMTP Connection Time     1.225 seconds - Good on Connection time
SMTP Connection Time should be below 5sec
SMTP Open Relay     OK - Not an open relay.

SMTP Transaction Time     4.130 seconds - Good on Transaction Time
SMTP Transaction Time should be below 5 secs.

SPF Check
Check the SPF record by using the MXToolbox. If it's getting failed, Update the SPF TXT record in your name server.

DKIM check
Check the DKIM record by using the MXToolbox, If it's getting failed, Update the DKIM TXT record in your name server.

Postmaster
Try to register your domain with postmaster by using this link https://postmaster.google.com, and get the TXT record or CNAME record from the postmaster and update it with your nameserver.
        
Note: It will take minimum 4-48 hours to propogate in live.
