1. First, you need to log into the Parallels Plesk Panel


2. Next, you need to click on Subscription and then select the domain that you need for FTP


3. Next click on Websites & Domains tab then go to Web hosting access


4. Once done click on Tools and Settings then select IP address


5. In here you need to note the dedicated IP address for the site


6. Now click on the checkbox to allow FTP over SSL box


7. Now in here you need to ensure that website's SSL certificated is in use and click on Ok



8. At last by allowing the FTP over SSL the user as to remember to tell the FTP client to use SSL


To Enforce FTP


1. To enforce the FTP first you need to open your IIS Manager by clicking on your Windows key and typing IIS


2. Now you need to select the dedicated IP address


3. Next double click on FTP SSL Settings


4. Now in here, you need to select the settings as per your requirements



Connecting to website files via FTP


1. First, start FileZilla or any other FTP client which supports FTP


2. Next click on file then in Site Manager click on New Site



3. Now in the host section, you need to type your domain name or IP Address


4. Next, in the Encryption field, you need to select the required explicit FTP over TLS


5. Now in the Login Type option, you need to choose ask for password option


6. Supply the user and click Connect and see that transfer mode should be a default


7. Once after prompted you to need to enter the password  and you will be connected successfully
