This helps you to delegate the technical work to someone like developers or IT admin or your staff.
Step 1: Login in HostingRaja client area with your registered login details.

Step 2: Click "My Details" in the menu. Refer below screenshot

Step 3: After clicking click the sub menu "Contacts/Sub-Accounts". Refer below screenshot.

Step 4: Enter the First name, Last Name and Email Address the form and leave rest of the things.

Step 5: Click "Save changes".

Then you can use this email id and your main support PIN to raise the ticket.
