Now, Your developer or any other person (with alternate Email ID given) can send support ticket.
This helps you to delegate the technical work to someone like developers or IT admin or your staff.

Step 1:
Login in HostingRaja client area with your registered login details.

Step 2: Click "My Details" in the menu. Refer below screenshot
Click on my details

Step 3: After clicking click the sub menu "Contacts/Sub-Accounts". Refer below screenshot.
Add contact details

Step 4: Enter the First name, Last Name and Email Address the form and leave rest of the things.

Step 5: Click "Save changes".

Then you can use this email id and your main support PIN to raise the ticket.
