1. Log in to your cPanel

4. Now in the Webmail drop down you need to select none and click on Ok

 

5. Again select Mail Setting

 

6. Now in the Webmail drop down you need to select SmarterMail and then click on Ok

For Plesk version 11

 

1. Log into your control panel

 

2.  Next click on the Home tab and now in there from My Subscription section you need to choose the domain name that you want to manage

 

3. Next click on Mail tab and then click on Change Settings

 

4. Now in the Webmail drop down you need to select none and click on Ok

 

5. Next click on Mal Setting

 

6. Now in the Webmail, there will be a drop down and you need to select the SmarterMail and click on Ok

 

For Plesk version 12

 

1. Log into your control panel

 

2. Next you need to click on home tab and you will find My Subscription option from you need to choose the domain name that you want to manage

 

3. Next click on the Mail tann and then click on mail settings

 

4. In here click on the domain name for which you want to manage

 

5. Now in here you wil find the dorp down in that select none and click Ok

 

6. Select mail setting again

 

7. Now click on the domain for which you want to manage

 

8. At last in the webmail drop down select SmarterMail and click Ok
